Jindal Capital Ltd reported total income of Rs. 147.17 lakh for Q4 FY26, up 86% from Rs. 79.11 lakh in Q4 FY25. The company swung to a net profit of Rs. 33.61 lakh in Q4 from a loss of Rs. 21.50 lakh in the same quarter last year. For the full year FY26, total income rose 10.7% to Rs. 430.15 lakh, but net profit after tax declined 19% to Rs. 113 lakh compared to Rs. 139.56 lakh in FY25. EPS for FY26 stood at Rs. 1.57 versus Rs. 1.94 in the previous year. Reserves grew from Rs. 388.70 lakh to Rs. 501.70 lakh. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on May 27, 2026.
While Q4 showed strong sequential recovery with return to profitability, the full-year profit decline despite revenue growth suggests cost pressures or other financial headwinds. Shareholders may see mixed signals from this performance update.
