Jindal Hotels Limited has informed BSE that on September 30, 2025, its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) MUFG Intime India Private Limited dispatched reminder letters to shareholders who still hold shares in physical form. The letters request these shareholders to furnish or update their PAN, KYC details (mobile number, bank account, specimen signature, address) and nomination details with the RTA. The action is being taken under SEBI's Master Circular dated May 7, 2024, which makes these updates mandatory for all physical security holders. Shareholders who fail to update these details will receive any future dividends only through electronic mode, and their shares risk being transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). The company is also participating in IEPFA's 100-day 'Saksham Niveshak' campaign (July 28 to November 6, 2025) to help shareholders update KYC and claim unpaid dividends. Physical shareholders are also being encouraged to convert their holdings to demat form for better liquidity.
This is a routine regulatory compliance disclosure with no impact on the company's business or stock price. It is purely an administrative reminder to physical shareholders to update their records so they can receive dividends on time and avoid losing shares to the IEPF.
