Jindal Stainless reported audited FY25 results with standalone revenue from operations of ₹40,181.68 crore (up ~5% from ₹38,356 crore in FY24) and net profit of ₹2,711.19 crore (up ~7% from ₹2,530.69 crore). Q4 FY25 was particularly strong with revenue of ₹10,785.53 crore and PAT of ₹924.94 crore, nearly doubling from ₹476.36 crore in Q4 FY24. The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per share, taking total FY25 dividend to ₹3 per share (including ₹1 interim). Joint Statutory Auditors Walker Chandiok & Co LLP and Lodha & Co LLP gave an un-modified (clean) opinion on the results. The board also approved appointment of M/s. Vinod Kothari & Company as the new Secretarial Auditor for a first term of five years starting FY26, subject to shareholder approval.
Positive for shareholders — clean audit opinion, healthy profit growth, and a final dividend boost (total ₹3/share vs. likely lower prior year) signal strong financial health. The secretarial auditor appointment is a routine governance step and not a red flag, as the existing statutory auditors remain in place.
