Jindal Stainless reported strong FY26 consolidated results with net revenue of INR 42,955 crore (up 9.3% YoY), EBITDA of INR 5,560 crore (up 19.2%), and PAT of INR 3,185 crore (up 27.4%). Q4 FY26 showed even stronger momentum with consolidated EBITDA up 37.1% YoY and PAT up 41.4% YoY. The company commissioned its 1.2 MTPA stainless steel melt shop in Indonesia ahead of schedule, taking total melting capacity to 4.2 MTPA. A final dividend of INR 3 per share was recommended, bringing total FY26 dividend to INR 4 (200%) per share. The company also expanded its renewable power share to 46.8% and achieved ZWTL certification for its Hisar unit.
The results demonstrate robust operational performance with strong profitability growth driven by domestic demand from automotive, infrastructure, and EV sectors. Improved leverage (net debt-to-equity at 0.15x vs 0.24x) and capacity expansion position the company well for future growth toward ~3.5 MTPA sales volume target by FY29.
