Jindal Stainless reported strong FY26 consolidated results with revenue of ₹42,955 crore (up 9% YoY), EBITDA of ₹5,560 crore (up 19% YoY), and PAT of ₹3,185 crore (up 27% YoY). Q4 FY26 showed revenue of ₹11,337 crore, EBITDA of ₹1,455 crore, and PAT of ₹834 crore with YoY growth of 37% and 41% respectively. The company achieved significant debt reduction with net debt falling to ₹3,040 crore from ₹3,991 crore, improving Net Debt/EBITDA ratio to 0.55 from 0.86. Sales volume remained stable at 642,000 MT for Q4. Management indicated positive outlook for FY27 across key segments including automobiles, infrastructure, railways, and process industries, aided by expected industry growth.
The strong earnings growth and improved leverage ratios are positive signals for shareholders. The 41% YoY PAT growth in Q4 and 27% full-year PAT growth demonstrate operational strength. Declining net debt and improved credit metrics reduce financial risk.
