Arti Jindal, a member of the promoter group, acquired 90,97,076 equity shares (1.104% of total share capital) of Jindal Stainless Limited by way of gift from Smt. Savitri Devi Jindal, also of the promoter group. The transaction was executed as an inter-se transfer within the promoter family on 13-6-2025, and is not an open-market deal.
