Savitri Devi Jindal, part of the promoter group of Jindal Stainless Ltd, has transferred 2,51,90,330 equity shares (3.058% of total share capital) by way of gift to other promoter family members on 13 June 2025. The shares were gifted to Smt. Arti Jindal (90,97,076 shares), Sh. Sajan Jindal (14,92,773 shares), Trustee of Sajan Jindal Family Trust, and Sh. Naveen Jindal (1,46,00,481 shares).
