Jindal Worldwide Limited has submitted to NSE and BSE copies of newspaper publications of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025, published on 15 August 2025 in The Indian Express (English) and Financial Express (Gujarati). For Q1 FY26, standalone revenue from operations stood at Rs. 47,981.70 lakhs with a net profit after tax of Rs. 1,392.13 lakhs (EPS Rs. 0.14). Consolidated revenue was Rs. 54,259.75 lakhs with PAT of Rs. 1,743.87 lakhs (EPS Rs. 0.17). Compared to Q1 FY25, standalone revenue declined about 7% and PAT fell roughly 20%, while consolidated revenue dropped about 10% and PAT fell around 21%. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on 14 August 2025, with a limited review carried out by the statutory auditors.
This is a routine regulatory compliance filing confirming the public dissemination of already-disclosed quarterly results, so no fresh catalyst is expected. The underlying Q1 numbers, however, show a notable year-on-year decline in both revenue and profit, which may be viewed negatively by investors.
