Jinkushal Industries reported audited standalone FY26 results with revenue growing 47.9% to Rs 31,337.61 Lakhs from Rs 21,185.92 Lakhs. However, profit after tax declined 22.6% to Rs 1,243.60 Lakhs from Rs 1,607.97 Lakhs, while EPS fell to Rs 3.65 from Rs 5.41. Consolidated revenue declined 6% to Rs 35,756.15 Lakhs from Rs 38,055.81 Lakhs, with PAT down 33% to Rs 1,275.57 Lakhs. Operating cash flow deteriorated sharply to negative Rs 11,303.71 Lakhs from negative Rs 584.41 Lakhs. Trade receivables doubled to Rs 21,750.65 Lakhs. The company completed an IPO raising Rs 9,409.40 Lakhs, reflected in increased equity share capital. The Board also appointed Abhinav Jain as CEO effective June 1, 2026. Auditors gave clean (unqualified) opinions on both standalone and consolidated results.
The stock shows strong revenue growth but deteriorating profitability and severely negative operating cash flow, suggesting potential working capital stress. The near-doubling of trade receivables raises concerns about collection efficiency. While the IPO provides liquidity缓冲, the declining PAT and cash burn may concern investors.
