Trading window closure from July 1 for Q1 results

Jinkushal Industries has informed the exchanges that the trading window for dealing in its securities will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2026. The closure is in line with SEBI insider trading rules and is meant to cover the period until the company declares its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after the results are announced. The date of the board meeting to approve these results will be communicated separately.
