Jio Platforms files IPO DRHP with Sebi, proceeds to prepay debt

Jio Platforms has filed its IPO DRHP with Sebi, with the issue size estimated at around $3 billion. The company will use about Rs 27,500 crore of the proceeds to prepay existing debt in full or part, with the remainder earmarked for general corporate purposes.
