JK Cement reported strong Q4 FY26 standalone performance with 15% QoQ volume growth in Grey Cement to 6.13 MT. EBITDA improved 25% QoQ to Rs 670 crore with EBITDA per tonne at Rs 1,012 (up 9% QoQ). Net profit surged 91% QoQ to Rs 345 crore. For full year FY26, consolidated revenue reached Rs 13,722 crore with PAT of Rs 988 crore. The company commissioned 6 MTPA total grey cement capacity including new plants at Buxar, Panna, Hamirpur and Muddapur. Rising pet coke prices due to US-Iran geopolitical tensions and volume loss in UAE white cement operations are key headwinds. Margin expanded 140 bps QoQ to 18.5% but remains 400 bps below Q4 FY25 levels.
Strong quarter-on-quarter recovery in profitability and volumes is positive, but margin compression versus prior year and rising input costs due to geopolitical factors warrant monitoring. Expansion through new capacity additions positions the company for continued growth.
