JK Cement Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue rose about 20 percent YoY to Rs 4,031.72 Cr, but PAT fell 15 percent to Rs 274.62 Cr from Rs 324.25 Cr. Standalone revenue grew 21 percent to Rs 3,866.12 Cr while standalone PAT declined 12.5 percent to Rs 291 Cr. EBITDA margin compressed sharply to around 17 percent from over 21 percent YoY, hurt by higher power, fuel and freight costs. Auditor gave an unmodified review opinion with an emphasis of matter on the CCI penalty matter totaling about Rs 155 Cr pending in the Supreme Court. Prior period figures restated for the Toshali Cements amalgamation.
Strong topline growth offset by sharp margin compression and PAT decline on higher input costs; CCI case remains an overhang on stock.
