JK Lakshmi Cement announced three board changes effective 1st August 2025. Shri Shrivats Singhania (41), from the promoter Singhania family and relative of current Chairperson & Managing Director Vinita Singhania, has been appointed as Deputy Managing Director for a 5-year term. Shri Vimal Bhandari (67), a Chartered Accountant with 35+ years of experience, has been appointed as an Independent Director for 3 years; he currently serves on boards of HDFC Trustee, Escorts Kubota, KEC International and others. Shri Arun Kumar Shukla has been re-appointed as President & Director for another 3-year term. All appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
