JK Paper Limited has informed the Exchange about Update on the Meetings of Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors (including Non-Convertible Debentures) and Unsecured Creditors of the Company held on 2nd November, 2025, pursuant to the directions of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench

JK Paper Limited held NCLT-ordered meetings on 2 November 2025 (via video conferencing) for equity shareholders, secured creditors (including NCD holders), and unsecured creditors to vote on a Composite Scheme of Arrangement. The scheme proposes amalgamation of JKPL Utility Packaging Solutions, Securipax Packaging, and Horizon Packs into JK Paper, along with demerger of an undertaking of Enviro Tech Ventures into PSV Agro Products and the subsequent merger of Enviro Tech Ventures into JK Paper, plus reorganisation of reserves. The meetings concluded within about 25 minutes each (equity at 2:00–2:36 PM, secured creditors 4:00–4:25 PM, unsecured creditors 4:30–4:55 PM). Voting results have not yet been declared and will be shared in due course.
