JLA Infraville Shoppers reported its H1 FY26 (six months ended September 30, 2025) results. Revenue from operations collapsed to just ₹0.06 lakh from ₹49.63 lakh in H1 FY25, with total income at ₹13.67 lakh (largely other income). The company swung to a net loss of ₹10.92 lakh (EPS ₹-0.17) versus a profit of ₹11.13 lakh (EPS ₹0.17) in the year-ago period. Total expenses were ₹24.59 lakh. Operating cash flow turned sharply negative at ₹(12.01) lakh compared to a positive ₹377.18 lakh earlier. On the balance sheet, non-current borrowings spiked dramatically from ₹1.21 lakh to ₹1,349.16 lakh, and non-current loans/assets rose from ₹818.62 lakh to ₹2,081.35 lakh. The statutory auditor (Kamal Gupta Associates) issued a limited review report containing an Emphasis of Matter paragraph.
Sharp revenue decline, consecutive losses, negative operating cash flow, and a steep jump in long-term borrowings point to serious financial stress. The auditor's Emphasis of Matter is a yellow flag investors should watch closely.
