JM Financial reported FY26 consolidated PAT of Rs. 1,202 crore, up 46% YoY (from Rs. 821 crore), with operating PAT at Rs. 1,133 crore (up 38%). Consolidated revenue declined 2% to Rs. 2,749 crore due to lower treasury income and planned loan book reduction in Private Markets. The company declared dividend of Rs. 3.25/share (up 20%), with net worth at Rs. 10,605 crore and ROE improving to 11.7% from 9.4%. Segment-wise, Affordable Home Loans showed strongest growth with PAT CAGR of 76% over FY24-26 (AUM Rs. 3,460 crore, up 22%), while Wealth Management delivered PAT CAGR of 42%. The company ranked #1 in IPOs by deal volume over Rs. 500 crore, with 55 filed IPO transactions aggregating Rs. 1.4 lakh crore.
Strong profitability recovery with ROE improving to 11.7%, driven by turn-around in Private Markets and robust growth in home loans. However, declining treasury income and geopolitical headwinds affecting investment banking revenues in Q4 indicate near-term headwinds.
