JNK India reported FY25 revenue of INR 495 crore, up 2.5% year-on-year, but profitability took a sharp hit — EBITDA margin fell to 13.1% from 21.6% in FY24 and profit after tax declined 51.8% to INR 30.2 crore. Q4 FY25 revenue came in at INR 200 crore, more than doubling sequentially but down 10.9% YoY, with about INR 70 crore of revenue slipping into FY26 due to customer-side delays in payments, inspections and site readiness. The company switched its revenue recognition method from output-based to input-based, which management said had distorted prior-period margins. Order book hit a record INR 1,089 crore with FY25 inflows of INR 933 crore (highest ever), and management guides for 40-50% revenue growth in FY26 with EBITDA margins recovering to 14-16% (including other income). A firm bid pipeline of around INR 4,000 crore is expected to convert over the next 6-12 months, with two large orders potentially finalizing within 1-2 months.
The FY26 margin guidance of 14-16% is below the 17-18% analysts were pricing in earlier, and revenue guidance of 40-50% growth falls short of the INR 1,000 crore figure flagged at end of Q3 — both of which could weigh on sentiment. However, the record order book and strong bid pipeline provide solid revenue visibility, and the margin recovery path is now clearly articulated by management.
