JNK India Limited's Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026. Standalone revenue grew 60% to Rs. 7,556 million from Rs. 4,733 million in FY2025, while profit before tax doubled to Rs. 846 million from Rs. 439 million. Consolidated revenue reached Rs. 8,186 million with PAT of Rs. 648 million. Basic EPS (annualized) improved significantly to Rs. 11.59 on standalone basis. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.30 per share (15% on face value Rs. 2), subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM. The company also appointed Shekhar Joshi & Company as Cost Auditors and CVK & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. Statutory auditors P G Bhagwat LLP issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong financial performance with near-doubling of profitability reflects robust execution. The dividend payout signals management's confidence, though the small payout (Rs. 0.30 per Rs. 2 face value share) suggests retention of cash for growth. Shareholders should note the new subsidiary JNK Chemdist Technologies (Process Equipment segment) is now operational, adding diversification to the core Combustion Equipment business.
