JNK India reported its Q3 FY26 results with standalone revenue from operations of ₹80.13 crores, up about 7.7% from ₹74.40 crores in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax jumped roughly 52% to ₹8.43 crores from ₹5.53 crores, with EPS rising to ₹2.90 from ₹1.90, indicating strong margin expansion as profits grew much faster than revenue. For the nine-month period, revenue rose about 6.8% to ₹251.51 crores and PAT grew around 19.4% to ₹23.78 crores versus ₹19.92 crores a year ago. The limited review report by B S R & Co. LLP was clean with no qualifications or adverse comments. Standalone and consolidated numbers are identical, suggesting the subsidiaries had no material standalone impact this quarter.
Sharp PAT growth well ahead of revenue growth signals improving profitability and operating leverage, which is positive for shareholders. Clean auditor opinion with no red flags supports investor confidence in the numbers.
