Jost's Engineering reported strong FY25 results with standalone revenue rising 21% YoY to Rs. 21.13 crore and profit after tax jumping 77% to Rs. 16.08 crore (EPS Rs. 16.11 vs Rs. 9.90). Consolidated revenue grew 27% to Rs. 23.89 crore with PAT up 77% to Rs. 17.54 crore. The Engineered Products segment saw a sharp 57% revenue jump to Rs. 10.98 crore, while Material Handling grew modestly by 3%. Operating cash flow swung to a positive Rs. 17.53 crore from a negative Rs. 5.39 crore last year. The Board recommended a 125% dividend (Rs. 1.25 per share) and re-appointed S.G.C.O & Co as Internal Auditor for FY26. Additionally, CFO Rohit Jain resigned effective May 31, 2025, and Pranesh Bhandari was appointed as the new CFO from June 1, 2025. Statutory auditor Shah Gupta & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
Strong FY25 performance with doubled earnings, healthy cash generation, and a generous 125% dividend is positive for shareholders, though the mid-year CFO transition is a key managerial change to monitor. The Engineered Products segment is clearly the growth driver going forward.
