The AGM will be held through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company has disclosed this pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. During this 7-day book closure period, share transfers and entries in the register of members will not be permitted.
