JSW Cement reported strong FY26 results with total volume sold of 13.96 million MT (up 10.6% YoY) and revenue of Rs 6,512 crore (up 12% YoY). Operating EBITDA jumped 43.6% to Rs 1,240 crore with margins expanding from 14.6% to 19.3%. Q4 FY26 showed operating EBITDA of Rs 365 crore (up 45.9% YoY) with EBITDA per ton at Rs 916. The company successfully listed on NSE and BSE in August 2025 through an IPO. Key expansions include the Nagaur Integrated Unit (3.3 MTPA clinker, 2.5 MTPA grinding) commissioned in March 2026 and Sambalpur Grinding Unit (1.0 MTPA) in October 2025. Net Debt/EBITDA improved significantly to 2.72x from 4.35x a year ago. The company is targeting 46 MTPA capacity by FY30, up from 24.1 MTPA currently.
Strong operational performance with margin expansion and debt reduction signals improving business quality. The capacity expansion into North India and growing GGBS market share (84%) provide growth visibility for shareholders.
