JSW Cement reported strong Q4 FY26 results with total volume sold of 3.99 million MT (up 6.8% YoY) and revenue of ₹1,895 crore (up 10.9% YoY). Operating EBITDA jumped 45.9% to ₹365 crore with margin expanding to 19.3%, driven by operating leverage and improved cement prices. For full year FY26, total volume was 13.96 million MT (+10.6% YoY) and revenue reached ₹6,512 crore (+12% YoY) with operating EBITDA of ₹1,240 crore (+43.6% YoY). The company successfully listed on NSE and BSE in August 2025 and entered North India with Nagaur Integrated Unit commissioning in March 2026. The board recommended dividend of ₹0.50 per share. Net debt stood at ₹3,635 crore with Net Debt/EBITDA improving to 2.72x.
Strong operational performance with margin expansion signals improved profitability. Entry into North India and capacity expansion plans (targeting 46 MTPA by FY30 from current 24.1 MTPA) provide multi-year growth visibility. The deleveraging trend in balance sheet is positive for shareholders.
