JSW Dulux (formerly Akzo Nobel India) held its 72nd AGM under new JSW Group ownership. FY26 retained revenue was Rs 3,599 Cr with 7% volume growth, EBITDA Rs 507 Cr, EPS Rs 73.3 and RoE 41.2%. Consolidated net profit was Rs 1,917 Cr. Total dividend of Rs 206 per share included a Rs 156 special dividend. The company is debt-free. Chairman Parth Jindal outlined multiyear targets to become the number two player in Indian paints and a top two player in automotive and specialty coatings by 2031, backed by JSW Group scale.
