JSW Dulux Limited (formerly Akzo Nobel India Limited) published its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY2026 ended 31 March 2026. Q4 revenue fell to Rs 8,852.23 million from Rs 10,172.00 million in Q4 FY2025, a decline of about 13%. Q4 net profit after tax dropped to Rs 698.74 million from Rs 1,075.00 million, down 35%. For the full year, revenue declined to Rs 36,325.00 million from Rs 40,969.00 million, but net profit after tax rose significantly to Rs 19,177.00 million from Rs 4,286.00 million due to an exceptional income of Rs 18,463.00 million. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 50 per share (500% on face value of Rs 10). The results were approved by the board on 13 May 2026 and reviewed by the audit committee.
While Q4 shows operational weakness with declining revenue and profit, the full-year results are boosted by exceptional income. The strong dividend recommendation is positive for shareholders, though the Q4 slowdown may create mixed sentiment.
