JSW Dulux (formerly Akzo Nobel India) reported Q4 FY26 revenue of ₹883.3 Cr, up 6.2% YoY, with PAT jumping 51.6% to ₹125.7 Cr. Gross margin declined to 40.6% from 43.8% due to price corrections taken in select categories and higher promotional spends. The company completed its name change to JSW Dulux Limited and relocated headquarters to JSW Center, Mumbai. New board appointments were made including an Independent Director. Decorative Paints showed volume growth rebound with new premium launches, while Industrial Paints achieved record revenue in Marine & Protective Coatings with strong order growth in Oil & Gas and Infrastructure segments. Final dividend of ₹50 per share was recommended.
Strong PAT growth driven by exceptional items and operational improvements, though margin pressure from raw material cost increases and price corrections in B2C business remains a concern. The company's strategic focus on market share gains and geographic expansion to 6,000 towns could drive future growth.
