JSW Dulux (formerly Akzo Nobel India) reported Q4 FY26 revenue of ₹883.3 Cr, up 6.2% YoY, with PAT jumping 51.6% to ₹125.7 Cr. The company completed a name change to JSW Dulux Limited and relocated headquarters to JSW Center, Mumbai. Gross margin declined to 40.6% from 43.8% due to sharp raw material price increases in March and higher promotional spending. The board appointed two new directors. Management is targeting geographic expansion to 6,000 towns and plans to reinvest royalty savings into painter engagement and brand initiatives. Final dividend of ₹50 per share has been recommended.
The strong PAT growth despite margin pressure suggests cost controls helped, but investors should monitor if raw material costs normalize. The 10% price increases taken from March-May should help restore margins going forward.
