JSW Dulux Limited (formerly Akzo Nobel India) held its Board meeting on 13th May 2026 and recommended a final dividend of Rs. 50 per equity share for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the 72nd AGM. The company already paid a special interim dividend of Rs. 156 per share earlier in the year, bringing the total dividend for FY 2025-26 to Rs. 206 per share—a significant 106% increase from Rs. 100 per share in the previous year. The record date for determining eligible shareholders to receive the dividend is fixed as 3rd July 2026. Book closure will be from 4th July 2026 to 10th July 2026 (AGM date). The company also reported strong annual results with net profit of Rs. 19,738 million (consolidated) for FY 2025-26, boosted by exceptional items of Rs. 18,459 million from the slump sale of its Powder Coatings division and International Research Center division.
The doubling of total dividend (from Rs. 100 to Rs. 206 per share) signals strong financial health and is positive for shareholders. The record date of 3rd July 2026 means investors must own shares by 2nd July 2026 to be eligible for the dividend.
