JSW Energy reported record FY26 results with EBITDA of ₹11,041 Cr, up 81% YoY, driven by seamless integration of KSK Mahanadi and O2 Power acquisitions plus organic renewable energy build-out. Total revenue grew 57% to ₹19,878 Cr, while EBITDA margin expanded 8 percentage points to 56%. Net generation surged 48% YoY to 11.7 BUs with installed capacity reaching 13,454 MW (up 2.6 GW YoY). Q4 standalone showed revenue of ₹4,851 Cr, EBITDA of ₹2,602 Cr (+72% YoY), and PAT of ₹574 Cr. The company raised ₹3,000 Cr via preferential equity allotment to promoters to accelerate growth. Net Debt stands at ₹65,834 Cr with operational Net Debt to EBITDA at 5.2x and cash reserves of ₹10,013 Cr.
Strong execution on capacity additions and operational efficiency drove margin expansion and profitability gains. The aggressive growth roadmap targeting 30 GW capacity and 40 GWh energy storage by 2030 requires continued capital deployment, but strong cash generation and low leverage ratios provide flexibility.
