JSW Infrastructure's wholly owned subsidiary JSW Jatadhar Marine Services has executed a novation agreement with group company JSW Utkal Steel for developing a captive jetty at Jatadhar Muhan in Odisha's Jagatsinghpur district. The Odisha government approved the transfer of the existing concession on June 18, 2026. The project will be executed under the Build, Own, Operate, Share and Transfer model. With this, JSW Jatadhar will now develop and operate the captive jetty, originally meant to serve JSW Utkal's steel operations.
Captive jetty project shifts to JSW Infra's subsidiary from group entity JSW Utkal, expanding its port infrastructure footprint through a related party deal.
