JSW Infrastructure has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, JSW Kolkata Outer Harbour Container Terminal Private Limited, on 10th July 2026. The new entity will act as a Special Purpose Vehicle to execute a Letter of Award received from Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority, Kolkata for integrated development of the Outer Container Terminal and Berth numbers 1 to 5 at Netaji Subhash Dock on a Public-Private Partnership basis. JSW Infrastructure holds 100 percent stake with an initial subscription of Rs 1 lakh in cash.
