JSW Infrastructure, India's 2nd largest private ports operator, filed its May 2026 investor presentation. The company handled 122 MT of cargo in FY26 (up 4% YoY) with 48% being third-party cargo. Consolidated revenue grew 20% to ₹5,361 Crore and Operating EBITDA increased 15% to ₹2,604 Crore. The company declared a dividend of ₹0.90/share. Net debt to EBITDA stands at a healthy 1.2x with gross debt of ₹6,410 Crore against cash reserves of ₹3,309 Crore. The company has Investment-Grade ratings from Fitch and S&P (BBB-). Key projects under construction include Tuticorin Terminal (H2 CY26), Kolkata Container Terminal (H1 FY28), Jatadhar Port (March 2027), and the 302KM Slurry Pipeline in Odisha (March 2027).

The company targets 2.4x capacity growth to 400 MTPA by 2030, positioning it well to benefit from India's infrastructure expansion. The healthy balance sheet with investment-grade ratings supports its growth capex plans of ₹9,000 Crore over FY25-30.
