JSW Infrastructure has published its audited financial results for Q4 and full year ended 31 March 2026 in Financial Express (English) and Navshakti (Marathi) newspapers. Standalone revenue grew to ₹600.78 crore (vs ₹519.93 crore prior year), but PAT dropped sharply to ₹167.60 crore from ₹391.39 crore. Consolidated revenue was ₹5,361.44 crore (vs ₹4,476.14 crore), with PAT at ₹1,345.50 crore (vs ₹1,429.72 crore). The standalone Q4 showed a loss (PAT: ₹56.62 crore negative), indicating significant cost or one-time charges in the March quarter. EPS for standalone stands at ₹0.81 and consolidated at ₹7.32. Total equity share capital remains at ₹2,784.83 crore (face value ₹2 per share).
The standalone profit nearly halved year-on-year, raising concerns about cost pressures or one-time items in the March quarter. However, consolidated results show more resilience with revenue growth of ~20%, which may limit negative stock reaction.
