JSW Infrastructure reported strong Q4 FY2026 results with 19% YoY revenue growth to ₹1,522 crore and 20% EBITDA growth to ₹769 crore. For the full year, revenue rose 20% to ₹5,361 crore while EBITDA grew 15% to ₹2,604 crore. Adjusted PAT increased 12% to ₹1,644 crore. The company handled 122 million tonnes of cargo in FY2026, up 4% YoY, with third-party volumes at 58.8 million tonnes (48% share). The Board recommended a dividend of ₹0.90/share. Key operational wins include JNPA Liquid Terminal completion, Kolkata Container Terminal award, and expanded Ennore Coal Terminal capacity. The company also expanded its logistics business with 25 rail rakes acquired and 40 more on order.
The results demonstrate consistent double-digit growth driven by volume increases and higher realisations. The strong balance sheet (Net Debt/EBITDA at 1.2x) and healthy cash position of ₹3,309 crore support the ambitious ₹30,000 crore capex plan to reach 400 MTPA capacity by 2030. FY2027 guidance of ₹6,850 crore revenue and ₹3,000 crore EBITDA indicates continued growth momentum.
