JSW Infrastructure reported FY2026 results with consolidated revenue of Rs. 5,361.44 crore, up 19.8% from Rs. 4,476.14 crore in FY2025. Consolidated net profit remained relatively flat at Rs. 1,546.90 crore vs Rs. 1,521.48 crore. However, standalone profit dropped significantly to Rs. 104.65 crore from Rs. 167.60 crore in the prior year. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.90 per equity share (face value Rs. 2) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. Exceptional items of Rs. 79.73 crore (consolidated) and Rs. 2.95 crore (standalone) were recognized due to new labour code implementation. The CFO confirmed an unmodified audit opinion on the financial statements.
The dividend recommendation signals shareholder-friendly approach. Strong consolidated revenue growth is offset by declining standalone profitability and exceptional items from labour code changes. Investors should note the difference between standalone and consolidated performance.
