JTL Defence EGM approves QIP fundraise and registered office shift to Himachal Pradesh

JTL Defence held an EGM on June 30, 2026 via video conferencing. Two special resolutions were passed with requisite majority: (1) approval to issue equity shares through a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) to raise funds, and (2) shifting of the registered office from Delhi to Himachal Pradesh with a corresponding amendment to the Memorandum of Association. The meeting was chaired by Whole-time Director Dhruv Singla and lasted about 27 minutes.
