JTL Industries Limited's board approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations came in at Rs 50,415.57 lakhs, down modestly from Rs 51,567.48 lakhs in the same quarter last year. However, standalone profit after tax (PAT) fell sharply to Rs 1,587.21 lakhs from Rs 3,070.10 lakhs year-on-year, a drop of about 48%, with basic EPS at Rs 0.40 versus Rs 0.87 earlier. On the consolidated side, revenue rose to Rs 54,386 lakhs (up ~5.5% YoY) but PAT still declined to Rs 1,654.92 lakhs from Rs 3,070.10 lakhs. The auditor (N Kumar Chhabra and Co.) issued an unmodified limited review opinion on the results.
Despite a slight year-on-year dip in standalone revenue, profitability was materially squeezed in Q1 FY26, with PAT nearly halving due to higher material, depreciation, and finance costs. For shareholders, this signals significant margin compression even as topline remained stable, which may weigh on near-term sentiment unless margins recover in coming quarters.
