Jubilant FoodWorks reported strong full-year performance with consolidated revenue from operations growing 17.4% YoY, driven by broad-based growth across India and international markets. Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue was Rs. 24,995 million (up 19.3% YoY), with EBITDA of Rs. 4,849 million (margin expanded 69 bps to 19.4%) and PAT from continued operations before exceptional items up 67.3% YoY to Rs. 936 million. Domino's India delivered 6.5% like-for-like growth on top of 7.5% in FY25, while Popeyes India delivered approximately 28% same-store sales growth. International operations were robust — Turkey revenue grew 28.8% with PAT margin of 8.3%, and both Sri Lanka and Bangladesh turned EBITDA positive. The company added a net 351 stores globally, ending FY26 with 3,636 stores. Standalone PAT from continued operations before exceptional items declined 2.8% YoY to Rs. 537 million in Q4, as affordability-led pricing interventions and cost inflation weighed on profitability.
Strong consolidated growth and margin expansion signal healthy execution, though standalone PAT decline and near-term cost headwinds from energy, commodities, and labour inflation may create short-term margin pressure in FY27 despite the company's medium-term confidence.
