Jubilant Foodworks reported FY25 consolidated revenue of Rs. 8,142 crore, with standalone revenue at Rs. 6,105 crore (up 14.3%). Domino's India posted 13.4% revenue growth powered by 7.5% same-store growth, with India EBITDA at Rs. 857 crore (12.4% growth) and margins near-flat at 14.5% despite free delivery. Group network crossed 3,316 stores, with 238 net Domino's additions. The DP Eurasia (Turkey) business delivered Rs. 3,071 crore in system sales, while COFFY expanded to 160 cafes. Sri Lanka turned around with Rs. 81 crore revenue and 45.6% growth. Management guided for network expansion of 280 Domino's, 50 COFFY and 30 Popeyes stores in FY26, and reiterated Investor Day guidance of minimum 200 basis points margin improvement over three years (by FY28). The CFO outlined a debt reduction roadmap including refinancing Turkey's high-cost local debt and expects the business to reach minimal or zero debt in the next calendar year.
Strong operating performance with record customer acquisitions and disciplined execution should support investor confidence, though declining free-delivery-led ticket prices and emerging-brand losses remain watchpoints. The explicit margin improvement roadmap, Turkey debt reduction plan, and Popeyes expansion trajectory provide positive multi-year visibility for shareholders.
