Jubilant Ingrevia reported its highest quarterly revenue in 14 quarters at Rs 1,179 crore, up 12% YoY in Q4 FY26, driven by 10% volume growth across all segments. EBITDA grew 11% YoY to Rs 172 crore with 15% margin, while PAT jumped 17% YoY to Rs 86 crore. For FY26, revenue was Rs 4,388 crore (up 5%) and EBITDA Rs 607 crore (up 9%). Specialty Chemicals remains the dominant segment with 27% EBITDA margins and 44% revenue share, while Nutrition grew strongly at 21% YoY. The company completed the Remidex Pharma acquisition to expand Human Nutrition premixes and commissioned its Bharuch CDMO plant in record 14 months. Net debt reduced 11% YoY to Rs 587 crore, with Net Debt/EBITDA improving to 0.99x. The board recommended a total FY26 dividend of Rs 5 per share (500%).
