The Board of Julien Agro Infratech on 14 July 2026 approved reclassification requests from four promoter group members, namely Anita Sureka, Lalit Sureka, Sanjay Kumar Drolia, and Sangita Sureka, seeking to move from the promoter and promoter group category to the public shareholder category under Regulation 31A of SEBI LODR Regulations.
