The book closure is being done to determine the list of eligible members for the company's 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM). During this period, no share transfers or transactions will be recorded. The filing is made under Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
Shareholders should note that the stock will be in book closure for 8 days and any share purchases made during this period will not be reflected in the member register until after September 20, 2025. Investors holding shares as of the record date will be eligible to attend and vote at the 28th AGM.
