Julien Agro Infratech reported audited FY25 results showing total operating income of ₹12,069.55 lakhs, a massive jump from ₹2,135.07 lakhs in FY24, driven almost entirely by the Agro division which surged from ₹213.47 lakhs to ₹11,268.27 lakhs. Net profit for the year rose to ₹93.03 lakhs (from ₹4.86 lakhs in FY24), with EPS of ₹0.24. However, the standalone Q4 FY25 results swung to a net loss of ₹373.87 lakhs, compared to a profit of ₹267.96 lakhs in Q4 FY24. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. Total assets ballooned to ₹7,222.51 lakhs from ₹1,550.24 lakhs, supported by fresh investments and a preferential issue of ₹248.75 lakhs in March 2025, proceeds of which were used without any deviation.
The full-year numbers look strong on the surface with a huge revenue jump and a multi-fold rise in annual profit, but the sharp Q4 reversal to a ₹373+ lakh loss and a sharply higher trade payables balance warrant caution. Investors should watch whether the Agro division revenue is sustainable and if Q4 cost spikes are one-offs before drawing conclusions on long-term profitability.
