Jungle Camps India Ltd reported its FY2026 audited financial results at its Board meeting on May 30, 2026. Consolidated revenue from operations grew 5.3% to Rs 2,327.71 lakhs from Rs 2,210.01 lakhs in FY2025. However, consolidated profit after tax declined 1.5% to Rs 421.98 lakhs from Rs 428.53 lakhs year-on-year. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The auditors highlighted a land acquisition dispute where the company purchased land worth Rs 1.88 crore near Panna Tiger Reserve in October 2025, but the title was found disputed. Rs 1.34 crore has been recovered via court directions, while balance Rs 54.62 lakh remains contingent on legal outcome. IPO proceeds of Rs 2,942.21 lakhs have been partially utilized with Rs 1,357 lakhs still unutilized.
The company showed modest revenue growth but profit decline signals margin pressure. The land dispute creates contingent liability risk and legal uncertainty that could concern investors. Low debt levels and strong cash position provide financial stability.
