The Board of Jungle Camps India Limited met on 15th May 2025 and approved the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for Q4 and FY ended 31st March 2025. On a standalone basis, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹1,020.30 lakhs and profit after tax of ₹188.13 lakhs for FY25, with EPS of ₹1.54. On a consolidated basis, revenue was ₹2,210.01 lakhs and PAT (after minority interest) was ₹405.18 lakhs, with EPS of ₹3.11. Statutory auditors R A Kila & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion on the financial statements. The Board also approved the appointment of a new Company Secretary and Internal Auditor, and re-constituted the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees. During the year, the company increased its stake in subsidiary Versa Industries from 50.27% to 51% and incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Jungle Camps India (Kolar) Private Limited, to expand near Ratapani Tiger Reserve near Bhopal.
Clean audit opinion and first full-year results as a listed entity provide comfort on financial reporting quality. Strong consolidated PAT growth and EPS of ₹3.11 reflect meaningful contributions from subsidiaries. Expansion into Ratapani signals business growth, while the New Tax Regime adoption should lower future tax outflows.
