Jungle Camps India Limited has entered into a 5-year hotel management agreement with Mr. Pradeep Narayan Singh to manage and operate Palash Kothi, a luxury property located in Bandhavgarh, Madhya Pradesh. The property, rebranded as 'Palash Kothi by Jungle Camps India', features 20 rooms across 25 acres of land situated 3.5 km from the Tala Gate of Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve. The hotel is currently under renovation and is scheduled to open for guests from 15th June 2026, in time for the wildlife tourism season. This marks a significant expansion of the company's wildlife hospitality portfolio, adding to its existing properties in Kanha, Pench, Tadoba, and Rukhad.
The new management contract represents portfolio expansion through asset-light growth. While financial terms are not disclosed, adding a 20-room property in a premium wildlife destination could boost future revenue streams, though the impact will depend on the property's occupancy and operational performance.
