Juniper Hotels Limited has filed copies of newspaper publications of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, as approved by the Board on August 12, 2025. The results were published in Mint, Financial Express (English) and Loksatta (Marathi) on August 14, 2025. On a standalone basis, total income rose to ₹19,820.45 lakhs (from ₹17,831.30 lakhs in Q1 FY25), while profit before exceptional items and tax jumped to ₹3,729.02 lakhs (from ₹1,771.13 lakhs). However, after an exceptional item of ₹1,714.18 lakhs, net profit fell to ₹1,076.32 lakhs (vs ₹1,476.24 lakhs in Q1 FY25), and standalone EPS stood at ₹0.48 (vs ₹0.66). Consolidated results showed total income of ₹22,725.06 lakhs and net profit of ₹900.18 lakhs, with EPS of ₹0.40.
The strong growth in operating profit before exceptional items is a positive signal, but the large exceptional charge pulled down reported net profit, which may temper near-term investor reaction.
