Juniper Hotels Limited reported strong FY2026 consolidated results with revenue from operations of Rs 1,04,768 Lakhs, up 11% from Rs 94,427 Lakhs in FY2025. Profit after tax for the year stood at Rs 14,161 Lakhs, nearly doubling from Rs 7,129 Lakhs in the previous year. The Board approved re-appointment of Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Arun Kumar Saraf for 3 years from March 2027, and re-appointed S R B C & CO LLP as statutory auditor for 5 years. Key exceptional items included Rs 2,337 Lakhs property tax expense for Delhi hotel following a High Court judgment, Rs 603 Lakhs for new labor codes implementation, and Rs 378 Lakhs for vendor settlement. A fire incident at Bangalore property resulted in net loss of Rs 1,014 Lakhs, largely covered by insurance. The Board also approved acquisition of 100% equity of Juniper Hospitality Assets Private Limited (JHAPL) for Rs 1 Lakh - a Special Purpose Vehicle for a 5-star hotel project in Dwarka, New Delhi.
