Juniper Hotels reported record FY26 results with total income crossing ₹1,000 crore for the first time at ₹1,069 crore, up 10% YoY. Q4 FY26 revenue was ₹307 crore (+7% YoY) driven by strong performance at Grand Hyatt Mumbai, Andaz Delhi, and Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad. EBITDA grew 21% YoY to ₹444 crore with margins expanding 4 percentage points to 42%, while PAT doubled to ₹142 crore (+99% YoY). Portfolio ARR grew 8% to ₹13,457 with occupancy steady at 81%. The company received a Letter of Award from DDA for a ~500-key luxury hotel project in Dwarka, New Delhi, and plans to add over 1,400 keys in the next 4 years including Westin Bengaluru (Q2FY27) and Northeast region projects.
Strong operational performance with margin expansion signals efficient execution. The expansion pipeline of 1,400+ keys over 4 years provides visibility on future growth, though near-term capex requirements may impact free cash flow.
